- BFS Auto Services is at 779 Woburn St, Wilmington, MA 01887, a short turn off Route 38. It's our only shop, and our mobile battery service comes to you across our service area.
- What are your hours?
- We're open Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Call (781) 650-9305 to book shop work or mobile battery service.
- What services does BFS Auto Services offer?
- At the shop we handle general repair and maintenance, brakes, oil changes, tires, check engine light diagnostics and authorized Rivian service. Our mobile service replaces batteries at your home, your work, or wherever the car is parked safely.
- Do you come to me?
- Yes, for battery service. A technician tests the battery and charging system where the car is parked and replaces the battery on site if it needs one. Other repairs are done at the Wilmington shop.
- Do you work on all makes and models?
- Yes. We work on domestic, import, hybrid and electric vehicles. BFS Auto Services is also the only authorized Rivian service shop in Massachusetts.
- What is the connection to Boston Fleet Services?
- Boston Fleet Services is our parent company, a commercial fleet maintenance operation. BFS Auto Services brings the same technicians, procedures and parts standards to personal vehicles.
- How much will my repair cost?
- It depends on the vehicle and the work it needs. Call for current pricing. We inspect first and give you a written estimate before any work starts.
- Which towns do you serve?
- We serve 22 towns around Wilmington, including Woburn, Reading, Burlington, Billerica, Tewksbury, Andover and Lowell. Malden, Medford, Melrose and Saugus are covered by our mobile battery service.
